• Q: I have never ordered coins online before, what should I do?
  A: It's simple. You just need to send an email to tell us your needs including quantity and size, it would be better if there is a sketch. We will email you a free quote and proof.
• Q: Do you have minimum order requirements? If so how many?
  A: Our custom coins have no minimum order quantities, and even if all you need is an enamel coin, we'll make it for you.
• Q: I don't have art, can you make it for me?
  A: Certainly! We have our own team of designers to provide free art design services for every customer.
• Q: How soon can I receive custom enamel coins after placing an order?
  A: Normally, you will receive your custom enamel coins within one to four weeks after the artwork is approved. The exact time will depend on the discount you selected when you placed your order. However, there are a small number of orders that may vary due to quantity, production method or unique design.
• Q: Can I modify and cancel an order after production?
  A: No changes will be accepted after an order has been put into production. If it has to be modified after production, it will be considered a new order. Cancellations after production will be charged according to the fees incurred at the time of your request.
• Q: How should I provide you with my designs?
  A: You can upload your artwork directly when placing an order on the web page. It is also possible to send us your artwork by mail. The most preferred formats are Illustrator or .eps vector illustrations, with all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4x the size of the coin). It is recommended that you use the PMS matching system color to ensure that your custom coins will not end up with color differences. The digital enamel coin drawings we provide are at least 300 dpi or higher.
• Q: What are your payment terms?
  A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, or money orders.
• Q: Will I receive an artistic certificate?
  A: Of course, we will send the electronic version of the art certificate to your mailbox within 24 hours after receiving your order. After you confirm and approve it, we will start to produce your customized coins.
• Q: How will my enamel coins be packaged?
  A: We provide free poly bags for all custom coins individually packaged, please let us know if you need other packaging methods.
• Q: How will you ship my order?
  A: We offer free FedEx to customers in the continental US and Europe. For shipments from other countries, please contact us for shipping costs.
